Test Program Development

Program Development on the GenRad 228x™/TS12x™ In-circuit test systems is both fast and comprehensive. Using Teradyne's Design-To-Build (D2B) product makes the transition from source CAD to finished product simple. We use custom in-house Automatic Test Vector Generation SW for PLD, CPLD and FPGA test vector generation. Our TDIScan™ Boundary Scan Test Development Software provides us with a cost effective Boundary Scan Solution for Opens, Interconnect, and Virtual Pin testing. Our experience with Flash, ISP, PIC, and Embedded Flash programming devices provides a seamless solution. The combination of these tools, along with our high level engineers, makes the entire development process seamless and quick. Our team has created and validated, utilizing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, numerous test platforms.
